Who's on the call

The tech who diagnoses it finishes the repair.

Mike Torres started as a helper on restaurant equipment calls in 2009. He opened Cool Fix in 2016 with a service van stocked for walk-in coolers. The same tech who reads the pressures writes the ticket and returns the next day if anything is off.

Most calls are grocery stores and restaurants that cannot afford downtime. We keep common compressors, coils, and controls on the truck so the majority of jobs are completed in one visit.
